Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear and transparent refund rules

1. Registration Fee

The ₹11 registration fee is non-refundable once payment is successful, as it immediately grants you access to the Medical Talent Hunt 2026 exam and scholarship evaluation.

2. When We WILL Refund

A full refund of ₹11 will be issued only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same registration due to a technical error.
  • Payment succeeded but registration failed on our side (verified by our team).
  • Exam not conducted due to our fault and no alternate date is offered.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@edurifilifee.in within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Registered mobile number
  • Payment transaction ID / UTR
  • Reason for refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. No Refund Cases

No refund will be issued in the following situations:

  • Candidate does not appear for the exam.
  • Candidate is disqualified for unfair means.
  • Candidate provides false or incorrect information.
  • Change of mind after registration.

5. Cancellation by EduRifiLifee

If the exam is cancelled by us and not rescheduled within 30 days, the ₹11 fee will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

6. Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway charges levied on a refund (if applicable) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
